DETAIL

Inconel 625 (UNS N06625/W.Nr.2.4856) is used for its high strength, excellent fabric ability (including joining), and outstanding corrosion resistance. Service temperatures range from cryogenic to 1800°F (982°C). This allov has excellent corrosion resistance to various corrosive and reducing environments, excellent pitting resistance and crevice corrosion resistance, and no stress corrosion cracking due to chloride. Excellent resistance to inorganic acid corrosion, such as nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and mixed acid of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid. Excellent resistance to corrosion of various inorganic acid mixed solutions. When the temperature reaches 40℃, it can show good corrosion resistance in various concentrations of hydrochloric acid solution. Good process ability and weld ability, no post-weld cracking sensitivity. Manufacturing certification for pressure vessels with wall temperatures between -196 and 450℃. Certified by the American Society of Corrosion Engineers NACE Standard (MR-01-75) to the highest standard grade VII for use in acid gas environments.
