What are the preparations for the use of high resistance electric heating alloy rapid life testing machine

This equipment is used for rapid life test of FeCrAl and NiCr series high resistance electric heating alloys. According to its working principle, the sample is placed in a test box with stable air flow and non-corrosiveness, the sample is fixedly energized, the current and voltage are adjusted for a specified time, and the life of the sample is determined according to the temperature of the sample. The box body is made of high-insulation material acrylic, and there is an observation window on the switch door.

Preparation before the test:

1. Take a section of resistance wire, and bend both ends with pliers to an arc, which is convenient for installation;

Fix the tested product on the copper butterfly nut and tighten it firmly

2. Close the safety door.

3. Check that the voltage regulator is at the zero position (turn it counterclockwise to the end).

4. Turn on the power switch.

End of test:

1. When the number of tests is reached, the test will be automatically stopped, and the test will be over. Manually adjust the voltage regulator to zero (turn it counterclockwise to the end), and the test will end.

2. When stopping in the middle, manually adjust the voltage regulator at zero position (turn it counterclockwise to the end), manually press the stop button, and the test is over.
